Fixing a Mis-typed Email Address
My customer has a typo in their email address and now can’t login
- Go to Admin > Customers > Customers and find the customer
- In the sidebar on the right, there is an Edit button
- Click the Edit button
- Update their Email Address to the correct value, and press Save at the bottom of the screen
- The customer will now be able to login to their account using their actual email address
A mistyped email is one of many possible causes of undeliverable mail. Frequently you will see typos like the following:
