Why can't I post?

I need to make a post to the forum but cannot.

1. The forum can be found at: https://www.zen-cart.com/forums.
2. New forum members must confirm their email address before they can reply, start a thread, send a private message, or use other member-only actions. When you register, you’ll receive an email with a verification link - click it to confirm your address.
3. If you try to post before confirming, you’ll see a banner reminding you that your email isn’t verified yet, with a “Verify email” button that reopens the verification prompt.

I’ve confirmed my email address but don’t know how to create new threads.

There are three ways to post on the forum:

1. Open a forum from the forum list and click the “Start New Thread” button on that forum’s page.
2. Reply at the bottom of an existing thread’s page.
3. Click “Reply with Quote” on a specific post in a thread, which will quote that post’s content into your reply. Use only when appropriate.

Some forums are marked read-only (often labeled “Archive”), and threads can also be individually locked or archived - these cannot be posted in.
If you wish to continue discussion on a locked or archived topic, first check whether it’s already been continued elsewhere by searching for the issue. Then reply to that existing discussion if your issue is the same as the one discussed. Or start a new thread on the topic, in the appropriate forum.

Where is the “Start New Thread” button mentioned above?

It’s on the page for the forum you want to post in, above the thread list.
